For the past twenty years, a small pebble lost in the Indian Ocean has been home to a community of prolific and incredibly skilled climbers, thriving on a unique basalt. It's on the island of Réunion where we invite you to meet them. We'll seek to understand how they've managed to turn what initially appears to be a disadvantage (heat, humidity, often gritty rock, island isolation) into a strength that now allows Réunion to be a true climbing haven.
