‘Arriba Bolivia’ takes you to the Bolivian Altiplano. Eight Belgian youngsters establish a climbing school together with their peers in the mining town Llallagua. They share their passion for climbing and train the local youth to become self-reliant climbers. The film focuses on the difference in leisure time in both parts of the world. Six characters take you through their experiences in this project, how they deal with the cultural exchange in their host family and what life is like at 4000 m altitude.
